exclusive properties and memberships in Israel 

Sasson & Co, an exculsive membership and property rental company based out of Israel approached me with an idea for a modern, minimalistic website to showcase their offerings. I recieved their logo from them and went to work with a simple, clean design to represent their luxury rental properties.

Imagine an Airbnb that provides constant luxury amenities no matter where you vacation. Introducing Sasson & Co, a start up out of Tel Aviv looking to do just that. Sasson & Co provides exclusive members with luxury amenities at all of their selected properties. 

However, entering the 570 billion dollar hospitality industry can be daunting. With big players like Marriott, Wyndham, Hilton, Airbnb and VRBO it can be hard to differentiate and stand out. When Sasson & Co approached me with their idea I decided to go for a simple, clean, easy to understand interface so the user would feel at home even before their first stay.

I started with a greyscale pallet as the base for the home page and built some color in with the property and location photos. Slideshow, hover features and parallex add interactive effects for the user on the clean pallet. 

One main goal was to get the vision and value proposition across to the user as soon as they land on the website. I did this a few different ways, beautiful scrolling property photos, clear menu headers and the value proposition above the fold. Call to actions were essential to incorporate throughout the site - I started with the booking box directly below the slider, beautiful interactive photos to click through to the main pages on the website (properties and memberships) and a way to contact the company at the bottom of every page to add a level of trust. 

PROPERTY PAGE

Building off the same style as the home page the property pages include a greyscale map to help the user choose location. Each room at the property is a hover box that clicks through to more detailed information and the ability to book directly. 

With the individual property pages my focus was to organize the information in a way that would be easy to access, view and understand. Each property page follows the same layout to avoid confusion. By starting with the address at the top and an exterior property photo to follow it helps the user quickly gain an understanding of where they will be staying. In addition, the individual room pages function similarly to the CTA's on the home page so it removes the learning curve and the user quickly understands to click on each to learn more details.
