For the past three years, I’ve focused on subscription-based experiences as a Senior Product Designer at Chatbooks, where I’ve led initiatives to drive growth, reduce churn, and improve the book creation experience. I’ve also taken on leadership responsibilities—mentoring designers and helping shape product strategy.
